データ削除の案内

LEXOR株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供する「Adlyx」（以下「本サービス」）で、Meta（Facebook・Instagram）と Google 広告から取得したデータを消す方法をご案内します。決まりの全体は「プライバシーポリシー」の「4. 保管の期間と消すこと」に書いています。
1. Facebook の利用者の方
本サービスと Facebook を連携した方は、Facebook の設定からデータの削除を求められます。
- Facebook の「設定とプライバシー」→「設定」→「アプリとウェブサイト」を開きます。
- 一覧から「Adlyx」を選び、削除を押します。
- あわせてデータの削除を求めると、当社に削除の依頼が届きます。
- 画面に受付番号（確認コード）と、削除の状況を見る URL が出ます。その URL で、受け付けた日時と、削除を終えたかを確かめられます。
消すもの
依頼が届くと、当社は直ちに次のものを消します。
- あなたが許した本サービスとの連携（連携を止めます）と、そのアクセストークン
- あなたの Meta の利用者 ID
消さないものと理由

2. Google 広告をつないだ方
- 本サービスで外す：本サービスの「設定」→「Google 広告との接続」で「外す」を押します（運用責任者以上）。その広告アカウントの取り込みと変更の送信が止まります。その許可（Google へのログイン）を使う接続がほかに残っていなければ、Google 側の許可も取り消し、更新トークンを消します。
- Google アカウントの設定から外す：https://myaccount.google.com/permissions で「Adlyx」を選び、アクセスを削除します。本サービスはその Google 広告のアカウントを読めなくなり、取り込みと変更の送信を止めます。更新トークンは、その許可を使う接続を本サービスで外したときに消します。
- 消さないもの：Google 広告のアカウントから取り込んだ実績と設定（キャンペーン・広告グループ・広告・アセットグループの名前と数値、検索語句）は、広告アカウントを持つ会社（ワークスペース）のデータです。ワークスペースの管理者が当社の窓口に削除を求めたとき、または解約したときに消します。
3. ワークスペースの管理者の方（広告主の会社）
- Meta との接続を外す：本サービスの「設定」→「Metaとの接続」で「外す」を押します（運用責任者以上）。アクセストークンは直ちに消え、見回り（安全弁）と変更の送信が止まります。
- Google 広告との接続を外す：上の「2. Google 広告をつないだ方」のとおりです。
- 取り込んだ広告のデータを消す：当社の窓口に、ワークスペースの名前を添えてお知らせください。確かめたうえで消します。
- 解約したとき：利用者のデータを【90】日以内に消します。法令で残すことが求められる記録（請求など）は除きます。

Data deletion instructions (English)
To delete the data that Adlyx (provided by LEXOR株式会社) received from Meta:
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Select "Adlyx" and remove it, and request the deletion of your data.
- You will receive a confirmation code and a URL where you can check the status of your request.
When we receive the request, we immediately revoke your connection to Adlyx, delete its access token, and delete your Meta user ID. Ad performance data and ad settings belong to the advertiser's workspace (the company that owns the ad account) and are used by its other members, so they are deleted when the workspace owner asks us to delete them or cancels the contract. The audit log of approved changes is kept during the contract to verify past operations; it does not contain your Meta user ID.
To disconnect Google Ads: in Adlyx, a manager or owner of the workspace opens Settings → Google Ads connection and clicks "Disconnect" (外す). We immediately stop importing and sending changes for that ad account; if no other connection uses the same Google authorization, we also revoke the access with Google and delete the refresh token. You can also remove Adlyx at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; Adlyx then can no longer read the account. Imported Google Ads performance data and settings belong to the advertiser's workspace and are deleted when the workspace owner asks us or when the contract ends.
